1.下载rpm包 
wget https://mirror.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/gitlab-ce/yum/el7/gitlab-ce-11.11.3-ce.0.el7.x86_64.rpm

2.安装rpm
yum  localinstall gitlab-ce-11.11.3-ce.0.el7.x86_64.rpm

3.修改/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb
external_url ''  ##可以是ip加端口 

4.重载配置文件
gitlab-ctl  reconfigure

5.启动
gitlab-ctl  start  

6.汉化(下载相应版本的中文包的gitlab)
git clone https://gitlab.com/xhang/gitlab.git  -b  v11.11.3-zh

7.解压汉化包 并覆盖原来的(汉化前先停止服务 gitlab-ctl  stop)
cp -r -f  ./gitlab/*  /opt/gitlab/embedded/service/gitlab-rails/ 

8.重载配置文件然后启动
gitlab-ctl reconfigure
gitlab-ctl  start
