JQuery官方的datepicker有个局限，就是不能精确到分钟或秒，在网上找到一个很好用的插件，并已经用在了我们的项目中。

如果要改成中文，用法如下：

$(function(){
    $(".jq-date").datetimepicker({
        timeFormat: 'HH:mm:ss',
        timeText: '时间',
        hourText: '小时',
        minuteText: '分',
        secondText: '秒',
        currentText: '当前',
        closeText: '确定'
    });
})
